DAY BY DAY ACTIVITIES AND DETAILS
DAY 1: SIEM REAP ARRIVAL – WELCOME DINNER AND TOUR BRIEFING
We are gathering at the hotel lobby by 5:00pm local time. Your tour leader will conduct a tour briefing and bike fitting, followed by a welcome dinner.
If you have brought your own bike, please bring the additional accessory for installation. Your crew will have to fit it.

DAY 2: HIKING OF THE KULEN NATIONAL PARK – 10KM
Kulen, meaning “lychee tree,” is a mountain range in this city that became a national park in 1993 after the civil war. It was previously a stronghold for Khmer Rouge soldiers. Now a tourist destination, we will have a short hike along the thousand linga river, enjoy the shade while listening to a nearby waterfall. For those wishing to swim in the natural pool, it’s advisable to bring a change of clothes.
We will drive up the hill and hike from the 1000 lingas river. We will visit the 16th century reclining Buddha and enjoy a swim at the stunning waterfall. We will continue our short hike after lunch down to the foothill and drive back to the hotel.

DAY 3: DISCOVER ANGKOR TEMPLES FROM BACKROAD – 20KM TO 30KM
You will get picked up from your accommodation and drive through the park to the first temple. From there, you can explore the temple grounds and immerse yourself in its rich history and culture. Angkor Wat temple is the world’s largest religious temple, and the grandeur of its details and structure is impressive. We will continue to explore the renown jungle ruins of Ta Prohm. It fascinates travelers with its unique towering trees, and strangler figs are grown on the top of the structure. Lunch will be served at the local restaurant. We will continue to Angkor Thom and Bayon temple and the complex of the former king’s palace when the Khmer kingdom is at its peak. The tour will provide you with a deep understanding of the ancient Khmer civilization and the significance of these historical sites in Cambodia’s cultural heritage. We will return back to the hotel and unwind around the pool or enjoy the hotel facilities.

DAY 4: RIDE TO FLOATING COMMUNITY AND TONLE SAP LAKE TOUR
We commence the day with a short ride out of town and toward the stunning countryside. It is an intriguing ride throughout the village and backroads with a beaming smile from local people who have not seen foreigners riding bikes. A few stops to refill your energy and a local lunch break. We will continue our ride to Kampong Khleang, the largest and most authentic floating village on Cambodia’s Tonlé Sap Lake. This floating community offers a deeper, more respectful glimpse into daily life shaped by the rhythms of water and seasonality.
Additional information: From June to August is the water raising season as the water pushes into the lake by the mighty Mekong River, turning the water a dark yellow color, and it will turn very clear between September and November.

DAY 5: RIDE TO SAMBOR PREY KUK AND TRANSFER TO KAMPONG CHAM
We begin the day with a short ride through the villages toward north of the city. We will visit to the UNESCO heritage temple of Sambor Prey Kuk. The farmer capital city of Chenla kingdom. The local lunch will be served on site before we continue to the last leg.

We begin from the hotel toward Mekong river. We go through the farm island and ferry crossing to the other side of the river. Today, we cover more longer distances along the mighty Mekong and channel. A great highlight of the friendly villagers and green farms.

DAY 8: FREE MORNING AND SPEEDBOAT TO VIETNAM
Enjoy a leisurely exploration of Phnom Penh until 12 PM, when you will board a beautiful speedboat for the trip from Phnom Penh to Chau Doc, crossing the international border at Vinh Xuong. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful riverlife of the Mekong River, including passing by fish farm villages and spectacular scenery along the riverbanks.
Arrive in Chau Doc in the late afternoon. You will have a short transfer to your hotel, followed by dinner with a local guide. Afterward, you will have free time to explore Chau Doc by night.

DAY 9: RIDE DOOR TO DOOR FROM CHAU DOC TO CAN THO
We’ll drive for about 30 km from Chau Doc town before starting today’s ride. The journey takes us on flat terrain along the Vinh te Canal system which once marked the border between Vietnam and Cambodia.
At Tra Su, you visit the forest by motorized boat with its many water hyacinths and water lilies. Our ride will continue to a lovely little town on the banks of the Hau Giang River where we will spend the night. Our total cycling distance today is approximately 50 kilometers.

DAY 10: RIDE FROM CAN THO TO VINH LONG
This morning we’ll enjoy a boat ride to discover the bustling and vibrant floating market of Cai Rang – one of the last authentic floating markets in Indochina. We cruise further from the floating market into zig-zag canals around Can Tho to enjoy the tranquility and peaceful life along the river. Afterward, we’ll mount our bike to continue our journey towards DongBinh into the lush green, jungle canopy and Khmer pagodas located in one of the most scenic areas in the Mekong Delta.
After lunch, you will cycle in the surprise and delighted concrete paths when our group is greeted and welcomed by a local family where lunch will be served. This is an unforgettable experience and a great way to understand the Mekong Delta people while staying a local homestay on An Binh island.

DAY 11: RIDE AND TRANSFER TO SAIGON
We’ll enjoy our last ride today with a cycle around the beautiful island of An Binh. The island is littered with tropical fruit orchards and as well as admiring the color and variety of fruits we will also stop to sample produce along the way. We take leave from the bikes and travel by boat to Cai Be. Back on land we’ll drive the final leg to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s largest city and most vibrant. Our total cycling distance today is approximately 45 kilometers!
